If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a store credit or exchange. Return items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition. For shipped orders, return items must be returned to us within 12 days of the item's delivery date, in their original condition.

We highly recommend that you insure all return packages as a full credit can only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged. 

All returns must be approved by NORTHERNISM. Please send an email to email@northernism.com to notify us of the item you are returning and the reason for your return. Only then return shipping costs are refunded to the customer.

Please note that NORTHERNISM do not accept returns for sale items.
